Shubhra Shekhar is a Chemical Engineering student within the Faculty of Engineering at University of New South Wales, Sydney, undertaking a PhD in Food Science and Technology. He holds a Master’s degree in Food Process Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, Odisha, India and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Food Technology from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal Sangrur, Punjab, India. Shubhra is currently working on an industry-funded project as part of the Future Food Systems CRC in collaboration with Sanitarium Health Food Company. Shubhra works under the supervision of Associate Professor Chun Tung Chou (School of Computer Science and Engineering, UNSW) and Dr. Francisco Trujillo (School of Chemical Engineering, UNSW), working with academics from the School of Computer Science and Engineering, the School of Chemical Engineering at UNSW Sydney and collaborating with researchers from Sanitarium Development and Innovation.
