Charlotte Rowley, PhD: Using metabolomics to profile WA produce
Future Food Systems CRC top-up PhD scholarship-holder Charlotte Rowley is working with world-leading scientists at Murdoch University to produce molecular-level profiles of fruit and olive oil. Her findings can be used to formulate precision-nutrition products and back health and provenance claims. Ms Rowley will present her research as part of the Future of Food Summit Student Showcase.
