This project aims to diversify value-added products and gather evidence supporting both nutritional and health claims associated with the ANABP 01 variety of apples (Bravo™ in Australia or Soluna™ outside of Australia). The goal is to provide invaluable, robust scientific evidence on the ANABP01 variety of apples, enabling Fruit West Co-operative to align their marketing strategies accordingly.
