The ability to build lasting business relationships that help your brand establish a solid international presence depends on your understanding of partnering.
This exclusive five-week series of online workshops, customised for the agrifood industry in WA, guides participants through the fundamental steps of making partnering decisions for export success.
The series will be delivered by Ian Dixon, of Dixon Partnering Solutions, widely recognised for his expertise in developing strategic business relationships.
Workshop series agenda
The Partnering by Design workshop series will include tailored learning material, agrifood case studies and extensive real-world business examples. The series will focus on peer-to-peer learning in a small group setting.

About the Partnering for Customer Value (P4CV) initiative
The workshop-series has been organised by the WA Government Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development’s Agribusiness Food and Trade directorate.
DPIRD’s Partnering for Customer Value (P4CV) initiative, launched by DPIRD in November 2019, provides WA’s agrifood businesses with research and business intelligence on practices that lead to international competitiveness and improved export capacity.
Over the past two years, the initiative has commissioned a series of case studies identifying patterns of success in business management that enhance the international competitiveness of WA’s agrifood businesses. The P4CV initiative is a collection of related materials, events, and programs compiled to support WA agribusinesses in surmounting barriers to business growth.
