Suzanne Kelly is a PhD student and researcher at Ulster University Northern Ireland, and her PhD is funded by the highly regarded Teagasc, the Agriculture and Food Development Authority in Ireland.
Suzanne is in the final stages of her PhD and will share her key findings around farmer-advisor trust, importance of peer to peer learning, absorptive capacity and knowledge exchange. Suzanne has collected data from seven (7) support programmes across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Suzanne was awarded a Travel Scolarship open to Teagasc Walsh Scholars and will spend 10 weeks at UNE, QUT and UNSW with researchers working with Future Food Systems CRC.
Whilst in Australia Suzanne is keen to learn about social capital relationships amongst business support programmes in Australia.
A light lunch will be served following the Seminar. All Welcome.
